Delivery time varies depending on your location. Typically, you can expect to receive your battery within 1-5 business days. We’ll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your battery’s journey every step of the way!

Do I need a self-heating lithium battery?
A self-heating lithium battery can be beneficial if you plan to charge your battery in cold environments. The self-heating feature ensures that the battery will charge properly in temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C). If you live in a region with cold winters or expect to use your battery in freezing conditions, a self-heating battery may be what you are looking for.

When the temperature drops below 32°F (0°C), charging is automatically suspended, and the built-in heating pad activates to warm the battery. At this time, the charger powers only the heating pad, ensuring safe operation. Once the temperature reaches 41°F (5°C), heating stops, and charging resumes, ensuring optimal battery performance in cold conditions.

What should I do if Bluetooth cannot be connected?
Please try the following steps to test first:
1: First you need to download this Bluetooth APP "BAT-BMS", search the keyword in the Apple Store or Google Play to download.
2: When the software pops up whether to allow access to geographical location information, click Allow.
3: When connecting to Bluetooth, the Bluetooth of the mobile phone also needs to be turned on.
4: The connection distance cannot exceed 32 feet (10 meters) and cannot pass through walls.
5: First simply charge or discharge the battery.
6: Change the mobile phone to connect. It may be that the Bluetooth version configured on the mobile phone is too low and cannot be used.

We recommend using a 58.4V charger to maximize the battery’s capacity. We offer 10A Charger and 18A Charger options, with full charge times of 6.5 hours and 4.3 hours, respectively. Before connecting the charger to the battery, make sure to plug it into a power outlet first to avoid sparks. Once fully charged, be sure to disconnect the charger from the battery.
