Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
If there are any manufacturing defects when the product is fresh out of package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and offering free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors. For more details, check our WARRANTY POLICY.
All lithium iron phosphate battery come with a 10 years conditional warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of purchase.
- Within 90 days from the date of purchase, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide refund services.
- More than 90 days from the date of purchase, and within 3 years, If our product fails to work normally, the consumer need assist us in completing all the battery testing, when we both parties confirm that the product has quality problems, we will send the new product to the consumer for free.
- More than 3 years from the date of purchase, and within 10 years, we provide free after-sales service and maintenance services.
- If you encounter any problems when using the product, please feel free to contact us through the customer service email (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will provide 24-hour customer service.
- Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product. If the consumer fails to install, use and maintain the product correctly in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, which causes serious quality problems in the product, it is not covered by the warranty.
We must ascertain whether the product has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship or misuse/neglect. Please kindly be reminded your pictures or test video is a must for us to determine the battery issue under warranty.
Failures caused by (1) incorrect storage; (2) improper use (3) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (4) modifications; (5) unauthorized repair; (6) normal wear and tear; (7) damage caused by negligence, including using the battery for a long time with high power but not timely charging; (8) not following the scope of application of the product; or (9) external causes such as accidents, abuse, actions or events beyond our reasonable control, or any other issue not caused by defects in materials and workmanship is not covered under the warranty.
We will not arrange refund and return service for products that are not covered by the warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.
Please kindly note that all accessories are not returnable. Once the parcel has been received, the item cannot be returned. If the parcel is damaged due to violent shipping, or if the product has a product quality defect right out of the box without being used, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days of confirmation or resend a brand new accessory for replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: In the case of a return/cancel due to customer error, returns/cancels will be subject to a 6% handling fees.

In the case of a return due to customer error, or if the express company fail to intercept the package, or you do not reject the parcel when it deliver, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs charged by your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.
