The self-heating feature ensures that the battery will charge properly in temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C). If you live in a region with cold winters or expect to use your battery in freezing conditions, a self-heating battery may be what you are looking for.

What should I do if Bluetooth cannot be connected?
Please try the following steps to test first:
1: First you need to download this Bluetooth APP "BAT-BMS", search the keyword in the Apple Store or Google Play to download.
2: When the software pops up whether to allow access to geographical location information, click Allow.
3: When connecting to Bluetooth, the Bluetooth of the mobile phone also needs to be turned on.
4: The connection distance cannot exceed 32 feet (10 meters) and cannot pass through walls.
5: First simply charge or discharge the battery.
6: Change the mobile phone to connect. It may be that the Bluetooth version configured on the mobile phone is too low and cannot be used.

I connected 2 batteries in series to create a 72V 65Ah setup for my golf cart. How should I charge them?
Initially, use a 43.8V charger to charge each 36V 65Ah battery individually and balance their voltages. After balancing, connect them in series to form a 72V battery pack. When the pack is depleted, use a 87.6V charger to recharge the entire 72V setup. We recommend manually balancing the batteries every six months to maintain optimal performance.
