Group 24 batteries are smaller, typically measuring 10.5" L x 6.19" W x 8.88" H. They are ideal for lighter-duty applications like small boats, RVs, and backup power systems.
Group 31 batteries are larger and provide higher capacity, making them suitable for heavier-duty applications such as larger boats, commercial vehicles, and high-demand RVs.
Low temperature protection automatically shuts off charging when the temperature drops below 32°F (0°C). To resume charging, simply place the battery in a warmer environment, and charging will be restored once the temperature rises to 41°F (5°C).
Self-heating enables charging at low temperatures by activating the heating mode when the temperature falls below 32°F (0°C). Charging will resume automatically once the battery reaches an optimal temperature.

Does the 20A charger charge all 3- batteries at once, or do you have to charge each battery separately ??
If you connect 3 12V batteries in series to get a 36V battery pack, then use this 43.8V 20A charger to charge the entire battery pack.
But this charger cannot be used to charge a single 12V battery because the voltage is too high and will damage the battery.
