QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Ask a Question-
Looking for recommendations on a 36V 100 amp trolling motor battery set up. Would prefer 3 12v 100amp batteries. Are your batteries compatible with the power pole charge system?
They are generally supported. Unless it is not programmable, or there is no display or no buttons to set parameters. By the way, our battery are not designed for starting engines.

Would I need a battery controller so I don’t overcharge? I am building a self-sufficient energy source, Utilizing 200 watts solar panel. Just something small and mobile for small applications.
No worries about the over-charge problem, the BMS system will protect our battery from over-charge, over-discharge, overcurrent, overload, overheating, and short circuit. The MPPT charge controller is also necessary, it can collect more solar energy efficiently. For example, your 200W solar panel can generate 0.9 kWh per day, if the MPPT is not connected, the battery can only collect 0.4-0.5 kWh energy. Connect MPPT can help the battery collect more than 0.6 kWh energy.
-
Is your battery compatible to run in parallel with my battery? Seems to have the same BMS and all specs.
Due to the different manufacturers of battery parts and accessories, we do not recommend connecting the battery in series and parallel with other brands, which will affect battery function and also affect your product warranty.
-
Does it come with screws for the terminals if so what size?
The terminals come with 2 screws for 100Ah/200Ah/300Ah, and the size is M8*16mm (L). The M8 national standard screw corresponds to the American standard screw specification is 5/16.

I want to replace my lead acid battery in my small rv trailer with a lithium ion battery. What modifications can i expect to make to the charging system?
Please refer to the User Manual < MPPT settings of the battery pack.
-
What charger should I use if I put three of these in series for my 36v golf cart?
Here are two methods for you to choose the charger:① Use a 14.6V LifePO4 battery charger to charge each battery separately② Use a 43.8V LifePO4 battery charger to charge batteries together -
Looking to replace the flooded batteries on Polaris Ranger EV 2018. Would like to use 8 of the 12v 100ah batteries connected in 4S 2P for a 48V system. The sticker says 100 amp max continuous and 300 for 1-2. I need 325 amps for short bursts. What will your batteries do? Is this a suitable application? Do you make a dual use battery (starter/deep cycle)?
The BMS board of this 12V 100Ah battery is not specifically designed as a starter battery. If connected, the machine may trigger the protection of the BMS board during working and lead to a momentary power failure of your machine. This behavior is not covered under the warranty.
The starter batteries are under development and expected to be launched next year :D -
I bought a set of three Enoybot 12volt 100ah to run 36volt on my golf cart and they work great my question is how should I charge them when the battery gets down to 33volts or should I just put it on charge after every ride. I’m trying to maintain them properly
Hello, it's necessary to fully charge all batteries individually and then balance the voltage of them before first use. After this process is done, you can connect them in series to use and charge. You can use a 43.8V charger to charge this 36v battery kit directly. In addition, it's recommended to balance the voltage every three months. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us at service@enjoybot.com. Thank you for your support!

on my boat I dont have place for 2 tiles 200 amps Can I combine a 100 amps with a 2 or 300 amps battery in parallel
Hi Sir, thanks for your inquiry.
No, you can't mix different sizes and different brands of batteries together. That will cause a damage or shortten batteries' lifespan.
The size of 100 ampere hours is different with 300 ampere hours. So users can not do like that.
We did a detailed explaination about the risk of mix battery in this article: https://enjoybot.com/blogs/lifepo4-battery-news/can-you-mix-batteries-in-a-golf-cart -
Would a minnkota mk440d 4 bank onboard charger work for the 12v 100ah batteries? It has a charging voltage of 14.4 and a float voltage of 13.4
Hi Sir, thanks for your inquiry.
You will need a 14.6V charger to match our 12V battery, and the regular charger can't match our LiFePO4 batteries.
Users have to use a LiFePO4 battery charger or a charger that has a lithium option if use LiFePO4 batteries. -
Can these batteries be used on a 24 volt trolling motor?
Hi Sir, thanks for your inquiry.
Yes, you can use these batteries on your 24V trolling motor.
However, you need have to ensure that your motor power must be less than 3000 watts, and the maximum current of the motor can not exceed 50 amps.

Can this battery be mounted on its side?
As long as it is not inverted, it can be installed in other directions, pay attention to the positive and negative terminals against the top when placed on the side.
-
Does this battery provide enough cold cranking amps to be used as a starting battery for a 225hp outboard marine engine?
Thanks for contacting!
Enjoybot only offer deep cycle battery, our battery is not designed for starting engines, it can not be used as a cranking battery due to BMS setting.
When the boat's engine has started, the boat's engine needs continuous and reliable power for trolling motors, which is where enjoybot deep-cycle marine batteries come in. -
Can I use a Minn Kota mk330pc charger that is on my boat to charge these batteries as long as the charger is on the AGM setting? And would that charge the batteries fully without any problems?
Specific LiFePO4 battery charger is needed. Do not connect the lead-acid/SLA charger connected to Enjoybot LiFePO4 battery, most lead acid chargers algorithm will not maintain the proper voltage charge algorithm for lithium batteries and damage will occur to the LiFePO4 cells beyond repair and this is not covered under Enjoybot LiFePO4 battery 10 year warranty.
