Enjoybot offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, brand new/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase when applying for a return.
How do I return an item?
1. Please reach out to Enjoybot customer support (email@example.com) to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Our support team will contact you within 24 working hours.
Who pays return fees?
1. Enjoybot will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of OUR error.
- Item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
- We shipped out the wrong item.
- We shipped it to the wrong address.
- We shipped a duplicate order.
- Product breakage due to shipping.
If the above situation occurs, we will send the customer a prepaid label for the customer's return. Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review its condition. If the item is found to be defective, We will arrange re-shipment or full refund within 3 working days.
2. In the case of a return due to customer error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges are paid by the customer.
Customers need to choose a reliable carrier to return the item and inform us of the tracking number by email after shipping. After the warehouse confirms that the return has been delivered, we will deduct a 6% handling fee and issue the remaining refund within 3 working days.
For items that arrive damaged or are defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item arrived damaged or is malfunctioning before return. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, this return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back, and a 6% handling fee will be deducted.
If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be fixed with simple parts and support, we can provide the option of free replacement part(s) and advice on how to repair your item if the customer finds that to be the easier solution so you don’t have to ship a large bulky item back.
About Accessory Returned
Please kindly note that we only accept returns on brand new/unused items. If the parcel is damaged due to violent shipping, or if the product has a product quality defect right out of the box without being used, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days of confirmation or resend a brand new accessory for replacement.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
After the 30-day returns period, customers may use the Enjoybot Warranty Policy for repairs if the item is faulty or malfunctioning. Please refer to the Enjoybot Warranty Policy for details.
We will inform you of the specific return address in the email.
Enjoybot usually does not automatically cancel orders without reason. If the item cannot be shipped due to out-of-stock reasons, we will contact the customer within 12 hours to request a replacement or cancel the order. Once cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a full refund within 12 hours.
Enjoybot usually dispatches your order within 1-2 working days. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
1. If you cancel the order before it is shipped, you will receive a refund within 24 hours;
2. If the order has been shipped, we will try our best to stop the transportation. If it cannot be stopped, the customer will need to refuse to sign for the item when it is delivered so that it can be returned to the warehouse.
3. If a return/cancellation is due to customer error, a 6% handling fee will be charged for the return/cancellation.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please remember it can take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
