Questions & Answers
Have a Question?
-
Can I still use my current charger?
Generally speaking, the original charger that comes with the golf cart is used to charge lead-acid batteries. You need a new charger that can charge LiFePO4 batteries.
-
Does this battery pack have Bluetooth functionality? How do I check the remaining battery level?
This 36V 100Ah lithium battery pack does not come with Bluetooth function. If you want to monitor the battery usage, you can connect the battery monitor to view the battery status in real time.

What should I pay attention to when installing the battery?
Since the 36V battery pack consists of 3 12V batteries connected in series, we recommend that you manually balance the voltage of the cells before connecting them in series. Specific steps are as follows: 1. Begin by charging each battery individually using a 12V charger. This will ensure that each battery is fully charged before proceeding to the next steps. 2. Once all battery packs are fully charged, connect them in parallel for a period of more than 12 hours. This allows for equalization of voltage between the battery packs. 3. After the parallel connection has been maintained for the required time, untie the parallel connection. 4. Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of each battery pack individually and check the voltage difference between each battery pack. If the difference is ≤40mV, this indicates that the battery pack has reached a voltage balance. 6. Once the voltage balance is achieved across all the battery packs, you can safely connect them together. 7. After connected, charge the entire battery pack with a 36V charger. No need to charge separately.

Will the 13 Amp charger work with the three 12 volt batters in series
Yes, 43.8V 13A charger is for three 12v batteries connected in series. But please note that you will need to charge all batteries individually with a lifepo4 charger for 12v batteries.
-
Can I replace 6 lead acid with 3 of these ?
