5: First simply charge or discharge the battery.
6: Change the mobile phone to connect. It may be that the Bluetooth version configured on the mobile phone is too low and cannot be used.

A: For the Enjoybot 36V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery, select a charger within the 42.6-43.8V range. Options include our 43.8V 12A charger (8.3 hours for a full charge) or the 43.8V 20A charger (5 hours for a full charge).
A: Enjoybot 36V 100Ah Lithium Battery can only be connected in parallel, not in series. The maximum number of batteries that can be connected in parallel is 10.

What do you recommend for a 36v golfcart. 3- 12v or 1- 36v.
They both can support 5KW motors. The single 36V smart battery can support a higher peak current 500A while the 3*12V battery pack can only support 350A. It has bluetooth function which can conveniently monitor real-time data of the battery.
A 3*12V battery pack needs to periodically charge each battery individually and balance the voltage, compared with single 36V battery, you will also need another charger for 12V lithium batteries except for a 43.8V charger.
Of course, their prices are different. You can consider these and choose the one that meets your needs better.
